This project is an addition to an existing small facility that is housed in an 1870's historical mansion. This project presented unique challenges in connecting the existing structure and the new structure, integrating the new building to the architectural style of the existing building, and working to stay within the confines of the site. The 13,500 SF addition almost doubles the existing building size and creates 18 new resident rooms.
