Dover Form-Based Code Design Charrette – Dover, NH Planning and Conceptual Design

LA participated in the two-day design charrette in collaboration with Chris Parker, City of Dover Planner, and JHT Planning out of Concord which later resulted in the integration of Form-based Code into the city's ordinance. The charette focused on seven sites throughout the city. The goal of the code is to foster a more efficient density with mixed uses while building upon an urban streetscape.

Lassel Architects is dedicated to its surrounding communities and participates in both regional and local planning, environmental design, and economic development explorations/ solutions. Volunteer and charity participation and support have included regional workforce housing designs, participation with the Mill Pond Center for the Arts in Durham, New Hampshire, as well as urban planning solutions for Dover, New Hampshire and South Berwick, Maine’s downtown.
