Lassel Architects has been hired to develop a multi-year, multi-phased renovation and addition project to the Kittery Trading Post. The final design intent is to create a strong visual gateway into Maine by creating a large lodge-like structure and large green spaces landscaped using Maine plants and products.

KSB Branch Bank
York, ME 

Lassel Architects recently completed a new 5,800 SF branch bank for Kennebunk Savings Bank, located on Rte. 1 in York, ME. Services included architectural, interior design, as well as landscape design.

Lassel Architects was hired to develop plans for a 30 acre site for mixed-use development, supporting the medical community. A site design for new buildings, parking, landscape design, and outdoor green space have been developed to provide an office campus for the future expansion of the property.

  

This project involved an urban design process geared towards integrating the medical office building into the center of historic downtown South Berwick.

Lassel Architects was hired for a programming and reuse plan of the former Dover Middle School.  The goal was to revive the existing building into a new multi-use community center, now to be called the McConnell Center.

Lassel Architects recently completed a new 6,000 SF branch bank for Sanford Institution for Savings in York, ME. Services included architectural, interior design, as well as landscape design.

Lassel Architects was hired to design the Saco Transportation Center, which houses the train station for Amtrak/ Downeaster, a bus station, as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Information.
