Work is underway on our addition to the Bagdad Wood Senior Living complex in Durham, NH.

Developed by Housing Initiatives of New England Corp. (HINEC), a non-profit that provides affordable housing solutions for Maine and New Hampshire seniors.

The new addition will provide 26 new one and two-bedroom apartments as well as 1,600 SF of new community spaces spread across the three floors.
